Our 24-Hour Emergency Service exists because no one can predict when and issue or emergency will occur. With one call, our 24/7 call center we assist our clients by dispatching emergency crews that can tackle the situation right away, and we remain onsite until the problem is resolved – guaranteed.

Knowledge of Cleaning Chemistry and Techniques:

All our team members are versed in the use of cleaning chemicals, understanding Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and green cleaning methods as required by our clients. We train all of our team members with state-of-the-art equipment.

We can customize our processes to meet any green cleaning requirements our clients wish to achieve.

Facility executives interested in operating their buildings with the same level of environmental consciousness that went into designing and constructing find our approach very helpful.

We understand the importance of green cleaning programs and the recognition that products and processes used by cleaning service providers affect the indoor air quality of buildings and, in turn, influence occupant productivity. We have found that organizations that spend the time and money to construct environmentally sound buildings and change business practices to reduce environmental impact don’t want that commitment to end when it comes to janitorial services.

Our Safety Philosophy:

Our crews are trained in the ‘right to know’ mandate on how to read and interpret material safety data sheets (MSDS) and how to safely use cleaning chemicals and supplies in the environments that they are responsible to clean and maintain. The safety of our employees and of your employees and facility visitors is of paramount importance, and affects how we approach our work.

Phase-In Program:

Personal Property Managers (PPM) has developed an effective, proactive plan to assess the facility services situation, and prepare in advance for the start of a new account. This “Phase-In Program” covers the 30 days of planning and preparation prior to commencing the facility services contract, and outlines the first four weeks of actual service. This is meant to establish a baseline, to ensure a consistent level of quality to reach then maintain or improve.
